Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Overview

SineHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

SineHub does not host any video content on its servers. All video streams are provided by third-party services and are not affiliated with or controlled by SineHub. We simply act as an index and search tool for content available on the internet.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content accessible via SineHub infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location where the material exists.
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SineHub has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
